We provide high-quality accommodation and exceptional support for all individuals who are at a risk of homelessness which includes but are not limited to; offenders, mental health, young people, care leavers, domestic violence victims, refugees, learning disabilities, substance misuse all across Birmingham. We support our residents with tailored support aiming to lead them on the road to success, stability, happiness, and ultimately independence.

We holistically support all our residents. Everyone who arrives will have a needs assessment completed with them to utilize this to create their support plan, which we will review every 3 months. We like our residents to participate during this to help set their own goals and objectives so we can support them to continually move forward and improve their life. We then support our residents every week in many areas such as; benefits, move-on skills, independent living skills, mental health, substance misuse, offending behaviour, debt/budgeting, appointments, registration forms, training, education, employment, and much, much more. Nothing is ever too much and anything we cannot support the individual with ourselves. We will ensure that there is another agency involved to help the individual achieve their goals.

All our properties come fully furnished to a high standard, they are safe and secure and refurbished regularly to ensure that we keep our high standards. Every new resident will receive new clean bedding at no additional cost. We also have the option of a food parcel when they arrive and an essentials care package including items such as a towel, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a hot drink. We aim for our residents to feel like they have arrived home and that they feel comfy and safe in their environment.
